I am cheering on the Seahawks because Seattle is a center for nerd/hipster culture and with all this talk of deflated footballs with the Patriots perhaps Seattle can take this one.
Now my blogging friend lorilovesowls is a Patriots fan and I want her to know I have nothing against New England BTW.
Happy 89th Birthday to my grandfather, Leon! This man is a special part of my life and in the life of my family. He is a great person who I hope to be like one day. I love him and I am grateful for him.
A perfect example of change is Microsoft Word. Over the years it has undergone many serious changes in features and design. Each version is improving on the previous one and making it a more powerful product.
It is up to me to keep up with new things going on. Much has changed from XP to the newest versions and there is much to learn. I don’t mind it, it keeps my mind sharp and keeps me on my toes.

Nine Months @ Blood Assurance – I am celebrating my ninth month on the job today. Hard to believe this much time has gone by. My time here has given me much to be thankful for and it has richly rewarded me with experience and friendships. I still very much love what I do.
