Insomnia

Not being able to sleep isn’t fun. Perhaps it could be from too much caffeine or too much on my mind. Either way its not good. All the bad stuff happening in the world lately could also be impacting me too. Sleep I hope to find you soon.

Awake at 2 AM

Lately it seems that I wake up for my nightly insomnia session. I fall asleep around 11:15 and wake up at around 2:00 or so. Perhaps there is stuff on my mind, maybe a dream wakes me or it could be way too much caffeine? Either way its not good for me. Need to take sleeping pills or something. When I go back to work I need proper rest. Help me Lord!
