Parks and Recreation Series Finale Tonight!
I was late to the party on this show but when I started watching I was hooked. This show has heart, intelligence, friendship, waffles and Leslie Knope. Parks and Rec. will be missed very much. Tonight we leave Pawnee but Pawnee will never leave us.
Happy Anniversary Jimmy Fallon on one year of hosting The Tonight Show. We have enjoyed every minute of it. Keep on making us laugh and singing out loud. Here’s to many more!
I don’t watch Jon Stewart and The Daily Show that much other than clips and animated .gifs. There is no denying his impact on how people get their news and information. His delivery was something unique and special. He will be missed “daily” and I hope he will find something to share his talents in a new way.
I do watch Brian Williams more regularly and I am very saddened about his recent troubles based on his not telling true stories. When you tell false stories in his line of work there goes your credibility which is everything. He will be sitting out for six months without pay so the punishment is stiff. I don’t know what will happen with him or Nightly News but NBC has some serious work to do.
One man leaves on his terms while another is set aside in disgrace. It should be a lesson to each of us in how we live, work and contribute to the world.
Brian Williams has been suspended for six months without pay following revelations that he exaggerated tales from an Iraq War mission in 2003.
Six months without pay is probably going to result in him leaving on his own or perhaps being terminated eventually. This most likely will not end well for him I predict.

Brian Williams is stepping away from NBC Nightly News for several days.
This is what he is saying but there is a back story I imagine. On NPR yesterday a media expert says that the networks options are limited because there is no heir apparent in the wings. I like Brian Williams but he will have to work hard to restore his reputation, that is if he is given the chance.
Brian Williams Stepping Away From NBC Nightly News Amid Scandal – Yahoo News
On Wednesday Williams, NBC News’ top anchor, confessed he “bungled” a story he had told on air about being in a helicopter that was shot down by an RPG in 2003. His admission came after multiple soldiers questioned the tale, which he has told on multiple occasions, and revealed he was actually not in the aircraft.
