It is very cold and wet outside. A very ugly day weather wise.

We got 8 inches of snow between Wednesday night and early Thursday morning. The temps got up into the low 40’s and it was Sunny all day Thursday which helped with melting. My truck was completely covered in snow but this morning the only thing that was there was some on the lower third of my windshield, the top of the cab and in the truck bed. We were able to get to work with minimal problems this morning. Life is returning to normal after the mini blizzard.

Snow, there is a lot of it. Well for Tennessee that is. It’s still falling though.

This is a meal we have had many times. It is good when money is tight. To me it holds some happy memories. Spam is a delicacy in Hawaii by the way. We call it “steak and pasta”.

More snow this morning. Less than half an inch. More expected this week. A snow day for me would be great but to work I go.
