Hello Monday People

It’s Monday, all day long my friends. So that means we are here for the long haul. Work has been good so far today which makes the day better. I am doing Zumba tonight which has become a ritual for me. I hope each of you are having a great day!

Happy Monday Gang!

I hope each of you has a great day today. We all know its Monday and not many of us like Mondays but lets roll with the punches so to speak. I am filling in as the boss in my department today so I have stuff on my plate. Lets see how the coming days will unfold. The experience is something I am grateful for.

It’s Monday

Yep, its the beginning of the work week. My weekend was busy so getting back to work is almost a break. It’s sad when that happens. Let’s do good things today my friends. Have a great day everyone.

Happy Monday to you my friends. I hope all is well with you all as we start the week! 

I went to the doctor today and I am down a pound…should have been more. I got a bit of a lecture. Being diabetic and yes I am overweight can be a difficult situation. I do Zumba but perhaps I need to do a little bit more there. 

Let’s see how the day goes. Let’s roll good people.

Messy Monday

It’s rainy and cold today which makes this a messy Monday. The weather won’t get much better throughout the day. Kind of depressing if you ask me. I am at work and I am ready to start the day from the warm confines of my workstation. Have a great day no matter what circumstances face you. Rock on brothers and sisters.

The beginning of the week has come and for many it will be a short one. Lets start strong and finish in fun. Whatever you are up to today have fun and do good. Come Thursday in the USA it will be gobble gobble. Grace, peace and love to you all today.
