Facebook goes public today as it begins trading on Nasdaq. It will begin selling shares at $38. Will it continue to be cool or will it just be another billion dollar company that has sold its soul to the masses? Friends of mine feel that Facebook has some issues that bug them. Will this IPO help secure it for the future or will being a public company make it a takeover target if it faulters? We will all have to check the status of that down the road.
