I am a snorer. My snoring at night can be a problem for those in my house and that is not good. Some nights I snore louder than others and at times I don’t snore at all. There are some remedies I have researched to help alleviate the problem. Hydration, no alcohol, pillow adjustment, weight loss, sleeping on my side and even a body pillow can help it out.

At some point I will have to have a sleep study done and a CPAP machine might be needed. Until then any other suggestions to keep my snoring at bay would be good. What do you recommend?

There are many conflicts that need resolution these days. From the middle east to the mean streets to our homes. Let there be peace on Earth and let it begin with each of us. Choose love, work for peace. May our spirits find comfort and reconciliation.

Home on a Friday Night

If you are reading this you are likely to be home (or reading at a party on your mobile device). There’s nothing wrong with being at home on a Friday. You can have fun and chill out after a long week. Eat in, watch a movie or listen to your favorite music. There’s nothing wrong with boredom, it can be refreshing. I am glad to be with my wife at home tonight. Wherever you are, whatever you are doing tonight have a blast, be safe and keep on blogging.

Sleeping In, Challenged by Kids and Dogs

When you have a kid or a dog its hard to sleep in. Their schedule is your schedule. It’s all good though. You love them and want them to be happy. A kid will wanna get up and play, same with the dog. Kids also enjoy watching TV and eating. Cats however, seem to be a little more independent.

We don’t have kids but we do have a 85lb dog who when the sun comes up starts looking over the neighborhood to see his dominion. He will bark at other dogs in the hood and strange things we don’t see but he does.

So as you see sleeping in on a Saturday or any other day for that matter is hard.
