Ailments of the heart and soul

It’s sad when family and friends have ailments of the heart and soul. Anytime there is suffering it is a reminder of how fragile we really are. When one person hurts it involves others too who are concerned and care for them. There are conditions people battle for years and require intense treatment. Some friends of mine carry a heavy burden and I ask for God to help them through this. May we all have peace of heart and soul.

Clumsy and Kind

I care, sometimes it looks awkward but my heart is in the right place. Having a heart for people can mean saying the wrong thing at the wrong time but I would rather have someone who’s clumsy and kind than to have no one at all.

Your attitude is like the aroma of your heart, if your attitude stinks, it means your heart’s not right

In The Right Place

My heart is in the right place. Sometimes I am a bit wonky in how I show it. Well aren’t we all a bit wonky about something we care about. At least we want to see a better world.

Healing

Sometimes a broken heart can take longer than a broken bone to heal. I believe God can help with both.

I have a hard time deciding between the two.

Beauty is only skin deep. God looks deeper.

But God told Samuel, “Looks aren’t everything. Don’t be impressed with his looks and stature. I’ve already eliminated him. God judges persons differently than humans do. Men and women look at the face; God looks into the heart.”   For those who have issues with looks and appearance God loves you no matter what.
