Let It Snow…In November?

The south isn’t known for snow during November. It’s amazing to see how much has fallen in areas that don’t usually get it this time of year. I have seen on Tumblr snow in South Carolina which is surprising and with friends on Facebook and Tumblr have shared pix of snow here in the Chattanooga and East Tennessee area. It’s amazing what is taking place around the region. I have seen good snowfall in southwest Virginia as well as Gatlinburg, TN.

Certainly its snowing elsewhere. What is the weather like where you are?

And Now The Weather…For Thursday

West and middle Tennessee are looking at Wintery weather and here in Chattanooga I have the air conditioning on because its 72 degrees outside. Come on it’s December! What happened to the seasonal stuff we had last week? This is crazy. 

Severe Weather Coming

A strong line of storms is moving its way through Tennessee and should reach the Chattanooga area later this afternoon. It is serious enough to dismiss some schools early. Weather is something I respect because its become unpredictable in the last few years. An overabundance of caution is a must when dealing with situations like that.

Chattanooga and East Tennessee folks, be careful and be smart. May God keep us all safe.
