It’s amazing the talent in this movie. A stellar cast gives you one great motion picture experience. No wonder it won an Academy Award for Best Picture as well as a BAFTA for Best Picture.

The Kings Speech – We are finally watching this great movie featuring Colin Firth, Geoffrey Rush, Helena Bonham Carter and Michael Gambon. Its about King George VI who has to overcome a speech inpediment in order to give an address to the British Colonies around the world. It’s inspiring and awesome.

Disney’s A Christmas Carol, Our Christmas movie of the night. Featuring Jim Carrey, Colin Firth and Gary Oldman. Based upon the classic tale from Charles Dickens this is an animated classic using amazing technology to tell a great story.

We are watching Disneys: A Christmas Carol on Blu Ray tonight. Its a very good animated adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic tale. Jim Carrey is brilliant in this role. Gary Oldman, Bob Hoskins, Robin Wright Penn and Colin Firth round out a great cast.
