I resumed my Zumba class tonight but under a low-impact format. My ankle/foot remains sprained and is still healing but I needed to get back to class so I stood still and worked on my upper body and I did routines seated. Many people adapt their routines like this when they are injured or their bodies don’t work the same way it used to. It was good to get back and moving the Zumba way again. For me it was a good time.
