This morning I pulled into a convenience store to get some gas. I pulled up behind a SUV where the gas hose was left pumping and unattended by the owner and gas was pouring out of the fill line onto the concrete below. I stopped the nozzle and alerted the passenger in the vehicle. She was alarmed to say the least. That was a potentially dangerous situation. I was reminded that you can’t leave stuff like that unattended. I hope I never come upon a situation like that again.
