Facebook @ Ten
As Facebook turns 10 today, most of the early adopters have come along with it to make it into what it is today. The question for its future is will they have a new generation of users setting the table for the next 10 years. Remember MySpace, I hope Facebook has learned from it, being relevant is a hard thing to do.
As we have heard many in their teens and early 20’s are using Instagram, Snapchat, Kik, Tumblr and Twitter to communicate and be social. Facebook has to find its way back into their social networking lives. That will be a serious challenge.
Congratulations to Mark Zuckerberg and his team. This is a great accomplishment. Ten years in anything online is a great fete.
