From USA TODAY Twitter undergoes facelift to Web version SAN FRANCISCO – Twitter wants a uniform look across its Web and app versions, updating the former. The company, based here, on Monday announced that it is releasing a refreshed look for its Web-based version of Twitter. “We’re now rolling out a refreshed reflecting the look & feel of our iOS & Android apps,” Twitter announced in a tweet. Twitter last week said that it plans to use its service to allow the general public to ask questions to executives for consideration on its earnings call.
